We collect nothing.

Dhakkaifin collects no data about you at all. It has no account, no sign-in, no server of its own and makes no network requests. Everything you type into it — vehicles, dates, amounts, references and photographs of documents — is written to storage on your own phone and stays there.

Because nothing is collected, there is nothing for us to sell, share, lose or hand over. We could not show you your own records if you asked us to.

Your vehicles and what you call them; the fees you track and the periods you record for them; any amount or reference you choose to add; and any photograph of a document you attach. Photographs you take or choose are copied into the app's own private folder so they survive a tidy-up of your camera roll, and are deleted when you delete the record they belong to.

Your reminder preferences and your choice of light or dark appearance are stored the same way.

Reminders are scheduled by iOS on the device, as ordinary local notifications. Nothing is sent through a push server, so no fee, date or vehicle name ever leaves the phone in order to remind you about it. Reminders work with the phone in aeroplane mode.

You can refuse notification permission, or withdraw it later in iOS Settings, and the rest of the app carries on working.

If you switch the lock on, the check is performed by iOS. The app is told only whether it succeeded. No face, fingerprint or biometric template is ever seen by the app, stored by it, or transmitted anywhere.

Access is requested only at the moment you tap Camera or Gallery to attach a picture of a document, and is used for nothing else. The app does not read your photo library in the background and does not look at any picture you have not chosen.

There are none. Dhakkaifin contains no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, no crash reporter and no tracking of any kind. It does not use the Advertising Identifier and does not track you across apps or websites.

The app is not directed at children and, since it collects nothing from anybody, it collects nothing from children either.

Your records are part of your iPhone's own backup, so they travel with an encrypted iCloud or computer backup and return when you restore. That backup is between you and Apple; we have no access to it.

Deleting the app deletes its records and its photographs with it. There is no separate deletion request to make, because there is no copy anywhere else.

If a future version of Dhakkaifin ever collects anything, this page will say so plainly and in advance of that version shipping, and the app will ask before it does it.
